WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

You can directly purchase tickets from the event website www.moviemaniacs.in or can visit our corporate office to purchase the tickets. Address given in the footer. 

WHAT TIME DO SCREENINGS START?

Time and Date of the screenings will announced well in advance after the confirmation of the screens. We encourage you to arrive early and enjoy the pre film ambience with friends over a drink as a celebrity.

IS THERE A BAR AT THE EVENT?

Yes, there is a fully stocked bar, selling reasonably priced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You are NOT permitted to bring your own alcohol to the event. All bags will be checked upon entry.

CAN I BUY FOOD AT THE EVENT?

Yes. Our event partners moviemaniacs Club will be offering our own menu of freshly prepared food and snacks options for the event.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

No, you cannot bring your own food and own alcohol. We have a fully stocked bar and food counters at the event. All bags will be checked for food and alcohol at the entrance.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?

Don’t worry. You will still be admitted to the screening, provided you have a valid ticket.

CAN I BRING MY BABY/CHILD?

Each film has age classifications that must be adhered to for legal reasons. If your baby or child meet the age limitations they will be allowed provided they have a valid entry to the screening.

WHAT IF THE SCREENING GETS CANCELLED?

In the unlikely event that a screening is cancelled, information will be posted on the event social media pages and customers who purchased the tickets will be emailed directly prior to the event.

For an outdoor event, moviemaniacs is subject to prevailing weather conditions. Screenings will be cancelled if weather conditions present a danger at screening time.

If the screening is completely cancelled due to any other circumstances your screening amount will be refunded to the wallet within 48 hours.

WHAT ARE THE SEATING ARRANGEMENTS?

Seating arrangements will be based on first come serve basis depending on their booking time.

WHAT HAPPENS TO LOST PROPERTY?

Any items that are found by the cleaners will be handed to the event manager and recorded rightly. If you have lost an item, please email to admin@moviemaniacs.in with a description of the lost item and your contact details.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Sorry, strictly no animals are allowed at the event.
